ICONS Flyer
MOT/2024/NDOTC/GLAS/016
Tag This was a flier for my first LGBT YOUTH Event. I was 16. I was able to explore my identity there for the first time. I wore a mix of gende-red clothes + my friend got a make-up beard. Since then, I've worked at all 3 places that ran it because it made me feel safe. I wanted other people to feel that.

Inject-Ease, Syringe Needle Introducer, 3 Parts In The Box
MOT/2024/NDOTC/DUND/033
Tag I bought this auto-injector my first year on HRT when I spent a summer alone and had to do my own injections for the first time. I had to import it from Canada since none were available in the UK at the time. I used it so much that I ended up breaking it (kind of) after 2mo!

Isaac"s Tags To Accompany Used Testogel Sachets
MOT000979
Tag Tag 1: 'I started collecting and numbering my testosterone gel tubes as a project during my first year at Uni (studying Fine Art). I dreamt that one day I would show them all in number order as a display of personal development'. Tag 2: 'The goal of getting testosterone affected every aspect of my life and the never-ending wait meant that I thought about that goal more than I thought about anything'. Tag 3: 'As I went through my transition my art started becoming less and less about being trans. It became one tiny aspect of my life. This meant that I had to decide whether to keep collecting or give up and throw away all of my work'. Tag 4: 'I kept collecting and after 2+ years there were so many tubes that they became a huge burden, taking over every available space in my room so it felt like testosterone was taking over my life like it had done before'. Tag 5: 'Throwing them away would have felt like throwing away years of work, and discarding a part of myself which is why I looked into donating them to the Museum of Transology'. Tag 6: 'I have mixed feelings about my collection now but I hope as I distance myself from it and positively see it displayed in a way similar to how I had originally deemed I will feel more positively connected to it'.
