Tag My Wedding Ring. Back in 2014 this ring became my most beloved possession, meaning more to me than anything before it, and making me feel safe and secure. Now, however, I can't wear it. Not because it means less, but because it means more. That relationship and the close connection I had to my partner are the reason I was able to look at the deepest, most vulnerable part of myself and understand that I am transgender. Without it, there may have been less pain for us both, but I may never have known who I am. This is a relationship that was meant to be, but never meant to last. (I still love her x) A.E.
