Tag: This is my letter of affirmation and self compassion, written to myself the day before I (finally!) had top surgery. I have created the letter here on my first and favourite binder (from the first released by Spectrum Outfitters), and decorated it with art showing a fat nonbinary body and top surgery scars. Bodility autonomy for all of us!
