Walthamstow Trans Pride

Walthamstow Trans Pride is a grassroots, community-led Trans Pride in Waltham Forest, East London. What began in 2022 as a humble afternoon of cupcake decorating and conversation for around 15 people has grown into an annual celebration, with around 250 people joining us last year and another 180 on the waiting list.

We bring together trans, non-binary and gender-diverse people of all ages, alongside friends, families, allies and neighbours, for joy, creativity, connection, learning and shared resources. At its heart, Walthamstow Trans Pride is about bringing people together, looking out for one another and building a stronger local community.

We celebrate trans lives, strengthen our communities and build collective power.
